Refunds are given at the **sole discretion of Grilago**, due to the nature of fast food delivery.
Once an order has been placed and delivered by our driver, you must **contact the shop direct** should you have any complaints regarding your food quality or order accuracy.
The shop must be given the opportunity to try and **rectify any errors or dissatisfaction on the same day** of the delivery.
If the shop does not rectify this for you, then please contact us via any method on our contact page.
Any refunds will be made the **same way the food was purchased** (e.g., credit card, cash, payment app).
